Refund Policy for JsinProps

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, **all sales are final**. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate and offer a suitable resolution such as a repair or replacement at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.

3. Custom Orders

Every item is custom-built and tailored to each client’s request. Once an order is placed, production begins shortly after, and materials are allocated specifically for that build. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are not available.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable under all conditions. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Policy Acknowledgement

By placing an order with JsinProps, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy in full.
