4. Custom Orders

Custom armor pieces are made specifically for each customer and are non-refundable once production has started. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

JsinProps is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products. All items are for cosplay and display purposes only, and should not be used in situations requiring protective gear.
