Shipping Policy for JsinProps

All items are handcrafted and made-to-order.

Armor Orders: Production time is approximately 3 months.
Helmets: Production time is approximately 2–3 weeks.

Once your item is completed, you will receive tracking information upon shipment. Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier used.

We ship both within the U.S. and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

1. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and prices will be available at checkout. We offer both domestic (U.S.) and international shipping.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping speed, and package weight/size. We do not mark up shipping costs—what you see is what we pay.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Please note that customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

5. Delays or Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage and packaging. For lost packages, contact the shipping carrier first and then notify us so we can assist further if needed.
